I've been getting my car serviced and MOT'd at Parkview for a number of years. I contacted them on Monday morning with a broken spring on my Qashqai and they accommodated me that same day to get me back on the road again. Always excellent service and pricing but this time above and beyond excellent. Mercedes, Graham and their team are the best.
Fantastic garage!! Spoke to Mercedes on reception 30 minutes before they closed and they took my son’s car on at the drop of a hat if I could get it to them (even when they were fully booked up at the time) when I had no idea what on the earth the issue was (RAC were also stumped). A busted gearbox was found to be the issue and it was replaced along with a new clutch In just a few days. The communication all along was helpful and the bill was less than expected and the car returned as quick as anyone could hope for. Cannot fault them at all. Will definitely use again in our family! Thank you once again!
Phoned up and asked to get some work done on a temp tyre puncture repair. Got seen the same day and was even told work didn't need to be done if I didn't want it to as the temp repair was adequate. I got it replaced anyway. Up front and honest, not putting money first. Very recommended.

I cannot thank the team at Parkview Garage enough. My car had a bump that affected the steering, suspension & alignment and without any issues they took it in, explained everything so clearly and done an amazing job to get it back so quickly and to complete satisfaction! Only garage I've been to where they will call first before doing extra work. Fixed problems previous mechanics made and also cheaper by a country mile than other mechanics in area with professional service. Can not give enough praise and would strongly recommend using.
I can't recommend this garage enough. The honesty and the integrity of the staff goes long way in building trusting relationship with their customers. When I put my car in for any work, I know that Graham does things properly, does his best to keep my costs down and gives genuine advice around the car. He is not there for making money and taking micky out of the customers, especially the ones that have little knowledge about a car in general.
