Outstanding Craig and his team are fast friendly and professional and there workmanship is 100% been in the trade for years myself and red is one of the worst colours to match there match was spot on and got my car back fully detailed and waxed for no charge great business thanks to Craig and his team .
Vehicle body solutions were the appointed repairer by my insurance company (MSL legal services) after a small non fault claim. They made the entire process or repairing my Hyundai’s bumper seamless, and went out of their way to accommodate my timetable as a driving instructor. They provided a great dual controlled hire car for the short duration my car was with them. I had the car returned back to me earlier than expected and with a topped up fuel tank. I Couldn’t have asked for more. Craig and the team were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
Replaced 2 of my doors with brand new ones, however on return the mirrors were not folding when locking the car. It is a shame that Craig said I was lying and asked how I could prove it was not pre-existing, as I was initially happy with their service. They agreed to take the car back and next day they found the software registered the car was in an accident which caused the issue. Yes, they fixed it and brought the car back, but highly advise to anyone going with them to take detailed video/picture of their car so they have a leg to stand on.
Had work done a couple of years back consisting of damage to back panel . Found out due to someone bumping into me in the same area that when in an other garage the work carried out by Vehicle Body Solution was not up to standard and due to the work that they had done corrosion had developed in this area due to there poor workmanship. The cosmetic work covered up there bad workmanship. Would definitely not recommend this company !!! Cutting corners to get a job done quickly is not a very good attitude to have and this garage have just cost us more due to covering up their bad work on our car. It's taken us a few years to realise due to anther bump and another respectable garage letting us know how bad their work is that they covered up. Shame on you!!!
Won a competing to come to Vehicle Solution to have alloy wheels refurbished. It's was a first class service done to very high standard. I will be reccomending this company to all my family and friends. Had to get paintwork, bodywork and alloy wheel repairs done. All completed to a first rate finish. Got my BMW looking like a new car so impressed couldn't recommend these guys high enough.
