   Be aware of Mugger/Fraudi My car had DPF problem Ali said I will remove part and clean it which will cost me £300 labour and with plugs replacement work would cost me £700 altogether. I took his report and went to Shehzad a decent guy next to his Garage. He has charged me £60 for labour and put DPF foam in engine. Problem solved. Ali is over charging all taxi drivers removing their DPF from engines before carrying out MOT which is illegal.

   I needed to change two tyres and have an MOT carried out today as a matter of urgency. I contacted the owner of this shop and, to my surprise, he was able to accommodate me at short notice. He promptly ordered the tyres I required, fitted them, and completed the MOT while I waited. The entire process was handled with efficiency and professionalism, and I truly appreciated the excellent service provided. Highly recommended.

   Please don’t take your car here. The owner was very nice I must say but this is THE worst garage I’ve ever used. 9am I was asked to arrive. Got up early on my day off, returned at 3pm to see the car still in the same parking space. Work didn’t start til I arrived again. Owner explained only one working lift and new employee combination led to this. Part that was needed wasn’t able to be ordered as it was too late in the day… if started earlier this would not have been the case. Asked for major service only to receive full service. I had no faith in them at this point so just paid so I could get home after 9hours waiting around. Price on book my garage for the major service, coolant and break fluid changes £258.62. I paid £240 cash for no spark plugs or pollen filters to be changed. Don’t use this garage if you care about your car or time and don’t want over charged as price on the day more than online quoted.

   This venue for MOT testing operates a chaotic and badly managed service. Almost like a drive thru. At my time of visit there was a overflowing car park. There is no structure with no precise booking and slot times available. " Turn up anytime between 1000 am and 2 pm" ! was the response to my on line booking. You may be attracted by the cost of MOT at £34.99 and the slick website that advertises its services but beware! Things are not as they seem. I fell for the reviews on the Pit Stop web page. I found that the centre offered a terrible reception service and the worst customer services I have ever experienced. On arrival I experienced total indifference and staff had no record whatsoever of my booking, no details of my car and stated that my car would not be looked at for over 2 hours. This changed to a one hour wait when I suggested I would go elsewhere. I will not go into detail what happened after my decision to stay for the MOT but the matter now rests with my Insurance company. The reviews of the centre on its website need to be taken for what they truly are, unverified and substantiated. I only wish I had dug a little deeper before booking my MOT at Pit Stop. Try finding any great reviews that are Not on the Pit Stop web site. A cheap option for MOT possibly. A great choice definitely not. Tread carefully and check out the condition of your car in the presence of Pit Stop staff before you give them your car keys. On this review I have given One Star. Really wanted to give None!

   Very poor experience. I took the car to the garage as the AA advised it wasn’t drivable and the garage was on the street where I broke down. From the outset the communication was awful and they failed to perform a basic request to drain excess oil, which was the main cause of the issue. I paid £140 for the privilege, supposedly for a service. I decided to risk driving the car to another garage owned by a family friend who solved the issue with the car in one afternoon and advised that I had been completely ripped off. Don’t believe the positive reviews. I felt like I was being taken for a ride from the moment I spoke to the staff there, and I wish I’d listened to my gut.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took them more than a month to fix our van, once they gave it to us saying it was fixed (and asked for lots of money), after two days the van showed the same issue. It's clear these guys don't know how to do their job. But you think that's it? No, it gets worse. We took the van back, and it took them more than a week to fix the problem. Every time we called them, they said they didn't have the time to look at it. Once they even said they didn't even know where the van was parked. SERIOUSLY? But keep reading... It gets worse! We collected the van, and it was clear that someone went through our stuff. All the things we had in the van were on the floor and on the seats. When we asked them, they said they "had to take them off to see some cables"... REALLY?! From the storage on the back of the seat?! I don't think so. We spent hours to reorganise everything, and someone even put their dirty hands in a money pot we had on the front - we found it open. Honestly, it's incredible. Worst mechanic I've ever seen in my life. AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

   Great customer service and price for an MOT and full service. Was able to book last minute for a Sunday when we realised the MOT was expiring. They even valeted the car for us!! Can not recommend more.
