   Had lost my main infotainment screen, Skoda would not grant an extension to my courtesy car as they said car was still drivable, since almost everything is though this screen I did not agree. Henrys Skoda South service manager stepped in, kept me on the road, and managed to sort my car quicker than expected. Great customer service from them. Not very impressed with Skoda UK.

   Great service from Maurice and team, car in for couple days work and was left with brand new skoda courtesy car whilst work was being done. The only downside isn't theirs, servicing a Skoda superb isn't cheap at all when parts are required, but apart from that I can't fault the guys here.

   Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. There's not a thing too much trouble for these guys, especially Morris who's the most personable bloke you could hope to meet. Work done to a great standard and, although by no means cheap, not too eye-watering for a main dealer. Certainly worth the peace of mind knowing the work is done to a high standard.
