   Went here for service and maintenance work on a Polo and a Tiguan about a year ago as they are on the way into town and had good reviews. Well placed for train stations - walk along the canal back to Westerton is very nice if you're going that way. They are good people and as far as I can tell (I am no expert), skilled and explained things clearly. Fairly priced and sourced reliable salvaged parts where the new OEM part was disproportionately expensive. Back again the other day for this year's work and once again a very positive experience, so I took time to write this. Thanks go to them and all the stars for those who are wondering whether to go there.

   Finally a garage you can trust! Put my fifteen year old car in for a service and MOT,I was given a full explanation of what was needed for it to pass the mot before any work was done.i agreed to the price and it was all done in 1 day,Stevie even stayed late for me to get there. it needed a lot of work and when I collected it I was shown the old parts and then given a full explanation of all the failed parts. This only showed me that 1st Choice cars are totally unreputable and their MOT was not worth the paper it was written on.i can honestly say I was very impressed with Barr's garage and they have definitely got a repeat customer and I would recommend them to everyone.well done Barr's garage
