Les was lovely and really flexible in accomodating a last minute MOT, very helpful in explaining any problems with the car as well.

Visited Les today for the 1st time following a recommendation and I'm glad I did. Took my astra for annual MOT and service, Les was lovely. He was pleasant and chatty when I dropped the car off, called me with an update and time to pick car up. When I went to collect car, he talked over a few points and recommendations which I really appreciated - didn't try any hard selling tactics. Passed my car for its MOT.
