The team here is always super helpful. I took my car in for a service recently and they explained what work was needed on the car, what to prioritise, and kept in touch throughout the time my car was away.
the manager first cancelled my service out of the blue, then when my car failed mot he overcharged me and i refused to pay that so I went to a different garage which was cheaper by 150pounds. when I came back to inspect the car he refused to inspect my car on account that he did not have staff although 2 people were there sitting. when I explained he was causing me terrible inconvenience as he had not communicated to me he did not have staff. He also refused to inspect my car on Monday on all sort of excuses. It was evident this man, the manager, was abusing his power over me because I did not do the mot repair there.I have since called 2 garages who confirmed I have been mistreated as this inspection is visual and can be completed in matter of minutes. This man exploits the customers, he is abusive and unprofessional. I fear that if I leave my car there he may cause all sort of intentional damage out of spite and revenge
Just went to get a puncture done. I know 1540 on a Sunday, however they don’t close until 4pm. Bloke said no chance of doing it closing soon. Come back tomorrow! Whilst he’s sat there with his feet up on the desk. Joke of a company.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Raymond and Greg for fixing my flat tyre right at the end of their shift at 5pm on Saturday. They went above and beyond to help me out, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
This is my second time with this particular branch and service has been efficient. Damian Black has been very patient in educating myself whenever I have questions, very helpful!
Damien at Kwik Fit, Anniesland, Glasgow was extremely helpful and fitted my battery replacement in between other jobs as they were fully booked. Had job done within an hour. Would use this Kwik Fit again.
Needed 4 tyres quick as mine were bald I spoke to the guy at the desk about the bumper payments and he explained it to me and within an hour I had new tyres and better ones than I expected . Bumper is a great idea , thanks

We needed 2 new front tyres for our car and Kwik Fit were the cheapest for good quality tyres. We've used them before and they've always been helpful and quick. No different today, the Manager advised that we would need 2 back tyres in the next couple of months (something we knew) but if we wanted to pop in at any time to have the levels checked they'd be happy to help. They'd also help with the best deal if we couldn't see what we wanted online. Friendly and efficient service yet again.
