New to the area so someone had recommended me to Summerston MOT and definitely not disappointed . I had booked my car in for its MOT and due to an electrical fault with my car days before I had to take it too an auto electricians and after them diagnosing the fault they then had to order a part in meaning I had to let Summerston garage know and if ok to bring in day later which they were fine about, but following day the auto electronics centre called me to say the part arrived late and my car wouldn't be ready until the following day , so I had to go back to Summerston feeling embarrassed explaining what the electrical place have just says and straight away the garage guy says, no bother, just bring it bk in nxt day. Really happy with the service I was provided and was given an explanation on advisory. Will definitely use for all future repairs.
Booked mot for the next day at 7.30am. Got to the garage 10 mins late and was told my space in the q had already been taken by another car and I would have to wait 90 mins for the next slot or come back the next day. I know a was slightly late, but come on. Don't expect any customer service here.
Staff all a pleasure to speak to batter good top drawer service would recommend going to this establishment all the time great experience
Terrible, charged me way too much for doing just 3 things and a mot and I find out next day they didn't even doing one of those things. I hated dealing with them. I went elsewhere to get the thing they said they did done as I didn't want any more to do with them.
Best garage I’ve ever used for my MOT and so so reasonably priced. Honest hard working and reliable guys. Wouldn’t use any other place Highly recommend!!!!
