Absolutely amazing and would highly recommend. i called them just before closing asking them to squeeze me in the next day to fix my spark plug and coil pack. They did so even with being given such short notice and my car was ready by 2pm that day!! Also when you pay they give you an itemised bill so you can see what you are paying for as some garages upsell you a ridiculous amount. Could not be more happy
Always superb in their customer service! Great communication, and very friendly. Took my car to get MOT, they didn’t charge me for the lamp replacement, and they dropped my car off in front of my flat. 10 stars!
My car went through its MOT here last December. I was then advised by the owner, Ed Carberry, that the car had failed the test, was not worth repairing and should be scrapped. I trusted his advice and agreed to this. However, 9 months later, I discovered the car was still in the garage and was being ‘done up’ to sell on. The reason given was that it “was a tidy wee car with low mileage”. I was still the registered keeper as no documents had exchanged hands. I involved Trading Standards who intervened and the car was finally scrapped this week. I was misled from the outset, and the arrogant attitude of the owner towards me was shocking. Not to be trusted!
I am in the area due to covid 19 and my car was due a service . I highly recommend this garage , if I lived here normally I would use it regularly . I would recommend it to single women who need a business they can trust .
Me and my dad have both been taking our cars here to get fixed for the past 12 years now. Always do a great job and don't ever try to rip you off with the bill like some garages. Explains everything they did when you go to collect.
