Great service and a good labour price compared to some garages. Very hand for the subway, so leaving the lcar and getting about was no problem. They handled everything with insurance company to pay for most of the work and kept to simple for me.
I’ve used PAK motors twice now for my Honda civic, once for its service last month, & again after the Glasgow potholes ripped the panel off from under the car. Very quick turnaround and good value for money. Amna in reception is very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely excellent. I really need a car for work. Left it at the garage at 10.30 in the morning and it was ready at 4.30pm. Getting it back on the same day was perfect. The price was also great and cheaper than most garages I would have used. Friendly and helpful lady at reception as well. All in all can't praise them highly enough. Will definitely be using PAK again!!
Had my x6 go in for a repair due to my air suspension having problems again for the second time in 2 months with a different garage. I had let them know I wanted it done properly with BMW parts only. I was covered under RAC which helped. I dropped the car off and once everything was sorted & agreed between the garage N RAC they began the work. They gave me a day it would be ready n right enough it was ready to collect then. Very pleasant people to deal with would recommend.
I booked an appointment for service and it was easy to hand in the keys. Discussion about what should be done was genuine. RAC approved is an advantage. I had estimated the expected cost a bit lower but then repairs were required which makes sense. Easy commute by subway. I guess one think that could have been better is if they called me before making the changes or repairs by themselves. Overall, a good experience today.
Not honest, took my car to get fixed, they charged £95 for diagnosing and told me I need to take it to a professional. They didn’t tell me they’re not professionals before dropping my car off to their garage Don’t recommend!

Worst garage ever used services stop so got my car pick up yesterday morning and they refused to return my car even though it was paid for told me so many lies why they couldn't get my car to me even after I said I will collect myself but still refused but strangely they said to call the police as they did not no wer there driver was but after 3hrs of call I adventurly got my car back at 21.25 so would never use this place as rude and unreliable
Cannot fault the work done on the engine and everyone friendly but the car had quite obviously been used by someone with a child as on collecting it was full of confetti and there were popped balloons, empty milk and juice bottles, dirty footprints on the seats and my items had been emptied out from the seat tidies all over the back seat. The owner was very apologetic and gave me money to get the car cleaned but that's not really the point. Wouldn't trust a vehicle with them if they don't know who is using them!
Very happy with work done. MOT and service. Fantastic prices. Picked up and dropped off!! Finally feel like I have a garage I can trust. Highly recommend. Thanks again.
