Used Prestige last year for a service following another garages recommendation. Booked my daughter’s car in for a WELL over due service and my own car in for MOT - I was delighted with the service received from Prestige. Would highly recommend & will use again without hesitation
Very clear pricing structure for my E class service and very clear on additional extra costs) coolant flush and spark plugs) discussed beforehand. Easy handover and collection (place was closed but they have a key safe system and gave clear instructions. Will be back for a gearbox service when the wallet can take the hit. Highly recommended.
Wanted to give it a bit of time before a put a review on. Got my car serviced and the issue fixed back in March 2025. My BMW series 2 coupe had issues with RPMs rising itself. The car sounded extremely loud went stationary and my fuel consumption at the time had increased. Went to two different garages who done services on the car and couldn’t point out what the issue was resulting with me wasting money on unnecessary oil /filter changes. Booked my car with Prestige Garage and issue was resolved in matter of couple days . Purge Valve replaced and I was extremely surprised with the how low the price was of diagnostic, parts and labour. Will definitely be coming back next year for my BMW service. Thank you. Highly recommend. Receptionist and staff also extremely professional and welcoming.
Booked my CLA in for it's B service today. First time I've used Prestige. The staff were first class. They called me to confirm appointment beforehand and called on completion of the service. Friendly professional service from start to finish. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again.
I had some car trouble with recurring problems that Audi were reluctant to fix under warranty. I contacted Prestige to ask whether they could help instead, and spoke to David who gave me the best advice about how to get the service I was entitled to from Audi. He was so helpful, gave me real insider tips about what to say and how to frame it - and I wasn’t even a customer! The result was me getting my car completely repaired, as goodwill from Audi - and so despite David not benefiting from my custom, I am still bowled over by his customer service - truly with the customer’s best interests at heart, no matter what.

STAY AWAY FROM THE 2 DAVIDS, LYING DECEIVING WITH ALL THE FANCY WARMS WORDS WHEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE. My CL 500 has been there for the past 3 weeks no call has been given to me i had to call myself, now been informed parts coming from Germany but cant guarantee me when? can take my car away free of charge yet its been ripped apart so probably won't be in the same condition sick of this family business lure innocent customers in!! Also said to me cannot get part from Mercedes but when i called Mercedes they said they have the part..! These people buy used parts then charge customers double!
Have been using this company for years for services and any issues (and i’ve had quite a few). Services are far better value that main dealers, and they always seem to find a good fix for issues, involving you by providing options where possible. They do go above and beyond to help you fix a problem.
