Really disappointed at the service here. After appearing helpful after my car broke down nearby, I thought I had found the ideal solution to replace my clutch. The boss even offered to pick my car up. He did say he was short staffed originally but gave me a timeline that I accepted, however had made no progress on it after two weeks. My car is still abandoned in a random street. I get that things happen and we can all be busy ... but just a bit of advice .. don't over promise and under deliver. I totally bought into your seemingly helpful nature.

John Fenton and his team have looked after my family and I for nearly 30 years. I trust him to do a good job at a reasonable price. I have had excellent customer service over the years and have nothing but praise.

I have a faulty rear wheel sensor on my car and John at Burnfield motors said he ordered the sensor in early December 2022. I had to keep chasing to find out if the sensor had arrived as the promises of being called back never happened. Finally, John told me to contact their supplier myself to find out when and if the sensor would arrive. Now at the start of January 2023 having still not had my car fixed I will take my business elsewhere and where I’m sure I will receive the professionalism and courtesy that any customer deserves. I don’t normally write reviews but I have to say my customer experience with Burnfield motors has been absolutely dreadful.
Reliable and honest garage. Handed car in 8.20am, got it back 2.45pm same day completely fixed and wasn't even charged as he said the job was too small. Have previously gone there for my MOT too and it was all good. Thanks, will see you when i next need some work.

Awful experience. Dodgy mechanic. Don’t use this guy. Doesn’t know about electronics. Independent garage couldn’t believe his workmanship. Had to fix it elsewhere. He’s quick to take the money. Doesn’t care about service. Won’t be back. Would only fix it if I paid him again! Please pass the message . Got 2 new break pads and discs put on. Car was left with 9 warning lights. Told to drive it away as it would be safe. ABS broken, auto break broken. The list goes on. Total nightmare.
