   Brilliant service from Blake at Kwik Fit! My elderly parents were worried about something hanging under their old car and despite being busy, Blake squeezed it in, fixed it straight away, and wouldn’t even take payment. Friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. Absolutely five-star service!

   Happily, our punctured tyre was repairable, sparing the cost of a new tyre. The waiting area had ok seating. Hot drinks machine removed due to Covid. Only water to drink.

   Excellent service guys couldn’t be anymore helpful I am a disabled blue badge holder and even as it was getting near closing time still pulled out all the stops and fitted new rye and had me back on the rd in jig time thanks guys guess who I will be using for my Tyres and brakes from now on Thanks Hugh

   I had a slow puncture and they were short staffed but were more than happy to contact other locations to see if they were available but I had to wait till the next day. They were very apologetic and when I took the car in I had to wait since I wasn’t booked in but they managed to get the car sorted really quickly and apologised for the wait even though they sorted my tyre when they had spare time between booking which was amazing. No need for an apology but they gave one anyways and the guy that dealt with me was very professional

   Very poor service. I have attempted to have tyres fitted 3 times by using the mobile fitting service. On all occasions they have cancelled the agreed appointment. Customer service seems to be non-existent, with calls going unanswered.
