Incredibly helpful. Explained what was wrong with my car in easy to understand way for somebody not mechanically minded. Showed me in person what was broken. Quick turn around. Very impressed and will be recommending. The actual garage is modern and incredibly clean also.
Called Autofusion after my clutch died. Really quick service after I explained I used the vehicle for work. Price was around £100 less that I had been quoted elsewhere too. Really friendly service and took time to show me the old clutch parts & explain what had been done. No mansplaining either which was a bonus!! Would recommend.

My first time coming to this place , and I got amazed by the set up and customer services . The place is not like other garages there is a comfort area for customer to relax while waiting for my tyre is being fixed, and a complement tea and chocolate bar was offered free of charge. Definitely a unique place for your car and outstanding way to treat their customer . Will use again , I noticed they also do luxury car hire which is something I may use in the future .
Five stars is not enough for this place! I brought my car here for an MOT and it failed quite spectacularly, previous garages had done far more harm than good which left me with a dangerous car. Being autistic meant that I had been fully taken advantage of and the amount of work my car needed was almost two pages long. At all times during my experience with Autofusion I was kept updated, no corners cut and fully transparent with everything. I was able to contact them whenever I liked and was always greeted with a friendly voice at the other end of a phone. I cannot praise the staff here enough for everything they have done for me. My car is my independence, it's the only way I can get around and the team here approached this with so much respect and empathy for my situation. My car is only a hatchback but the team treated it like it was worth one million pounds. Do not go anywhere else but Autofusion. I can guarantee that not only will your vehicle be in the hands of the best experts, but you will be given a fair price and updates at every step. I want to especially thank Ian and Lorraine for everything they have done for me, they've given me back my independence and fulfilled a lifelong dream of sitting in a Lamborghini. One of the best garages for customer service. The turbo went on my BMW and the car was under warranty. Lorraine and the team dealt with all the paperwork and invoices with the car dealer and warranty company. It made it so much easier. Had AR install new xenon lights to my Audi A6 and replace rear wiper blade and motor mechanism. Work was carried out to the highest standard. Extremely happy and will use them again. The customer service was amazing. I had an issue with my car stereo and was asked to come in the same to have a look. I ended up buying a new stereo which they fitted. I have now rung them this morning with a fuel injectors issue and have been asked to take my car in today so someone can have a look. Cant fault these guys. Well recommended
First class professional service & advice. My car was originally booked to repair damage to 2 x Diamond Cut wheels. Paul called to advise a repair was not advisable and suggested powder coating as an alternative. He quoted a reasonable price and car was ready for pick up on the originally agreed. I am very happy with the result and the service provided! I will definitely use Autofusion in the future.
