   I broke down today at the golden jubilee hospital (battery dead) I phoned this garage to see if they could come out and jump start me. They were so helpful arrived within 10 minutes and started the car up and wouldn’t take any payment. They were just happy to help. Thank you so much for your help.

   Weddell's garage carry out good work and are reliable. They are one of the more expensive garages in the area. I only met Janice and Theresa at the front desk, they are friendly and helpful. The unusial part replacement was carried out and car is now running well. 5 stars for service, 4 stars to reflect the higher price. Thank you.

   Bad customer service and told over phone that I must be in a bad mood because THEY didn't ask correct questions before booking car in-try training your reception staff in how to greet/treat potential customers and check why they are booked. Although after checking it didn't matter which way round tracking/new tyres were done. However every cloud and all that-got exceptionally good service from Kilbowie Tyres and considerably cheaper without having to book in advance.
