Called simple fuel out yesterday due to filling the car with some diesel there timing was affective but felt the service was not , car was done within 40 minutes but was advised to run car once filled with unleaded and the engine was smoking , called a machinic friend and the oil was spilling every where all over the engine and all over the front of bumper bearing in mind none of this was happening before your technicians touched the car , called to ask what he had done and was basically told they weren't liable for this when clearly it must have been but aren't taken responsibility for this issue with the oil. The pictures I am attaching are of the mess in a cleaner position still haven't been able to drive my car since waiting on the mechanic coming back again today to make sure it's going to be safe to drive and no damage to my spark plugs or coil packs.

Accidentally put petrol in my diesel car. Luckily noticed before driving it. After being quoted ridiculous price by RAC (am full member) found local company who provided excellent service. Came within 30 minutes as promised . Fixed problem quickly in horrid weather. Felt calmed and reassured and guy waited whilst I put extra fuel in ( had already made sure I could start and drive ok after putting their diesel in as part of device) at petrol station to make sure I was still ok. To everyone i have mockrd for misfuelling i apologise whole heartedly. A second of absent mindedness and i started pumping petrol into my diesel car. Luckily i noticed after just over a litre, and the tank was almost empty. These guys turned up promptly and immediately took control professionally and non judgementally. Super efficient and helpful. Thanks guys you saved me £1500 it would have cost for a new catalytic converter.
