    10/10 customer service. Have not bought a product, and am not a customer personally. But had to phone them several times after a timber delivery of mine accidentally ended up at their depot. The woman I spoke to could not have been more friendly and helpful if she tried - and helped me track down my order and contact the relevant courier once it went missing again down south. She really went above and beyond. Would 100% be happy to use this company if I needed their products!
