Excellent service, friendly staff and honest feedback on the cars as well as a reasonable price. I've used lots of garages over the years and these guys are the best by far.
Chose this garage a few months ago based on Google reviews ( but forgot to leave them a review). They changed 2 brake pads in my car plus oil/ filter change. They asked for 550£. Following that, I got offers from other mechanics in the area and they were willing to do the same job for half the price. FYI Have a look at my profile; 90% of my reviews are 5star.
Brilliant garage with excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful to deal with and always check they are giving you the best option they can offer. I’ve been using RME since moving to the area and they always complete repairs quickly with no hassle. Highly recommend!
Put my van in for a full service. They phoned to let me know rear brake pads were a bit low asking if I want them replaced. Good communication. Competitive prices. I highly recommend Renfrew Motor Engineers.
Had to get my focus bonnet latch sorted ASAP and RME were able to get me in far quicker than anyone else. They sorted the job really quickly, and even checked all my fluid levels while they were at it. The staff were all very friendly and charged a very good price. They seem to be one of the few places still doing charging to half an hour rather than rounding up to the full hour. Thanks again guys, will be back at some point I'm sure.
