My BMW X5 was due a service, brake fluid replacement and MOT. I dropped my vehicle off and 5 hrs later everything completed . What a nice friendly bunch of guys . Explained everything that was due on the vehicle and carried out the work in a very professional manner . Very reasonable costs to finish it all . I recommend this business for any BMW.
My Tyre pressure monitoring system had failed on my 2019 G20 320d. I called Harry Fairbairn in Giffnock and they quoted me £162 just for the diagnostics i.e. before they would even touch it. I knew HF would end up stinging me for £400 or so. I was fed up of being constantly ripped off by them so I called Glasgow Independent BMW and they quoted me a much lower price. I took it in on the Monday at 2pm, they called me back an hour later. One sensor had failed and they were gonna replace it that day. Picked my car up at 4pm and the sensor had been replaced, error message gone on the idrive system. I knew I could trust these guys as they had old school BMWs outside, as well as top dollar modern BMWs and minis too. This is obviously a garage that drivers trust and I had a good feeling when I walked in. I will definitely be going back to them for all future MOT and servicing needs. Would highly recommend. Top guys.
Found this garage after finding Harry Fairbairn’s service unprofessional and impersonal. Cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service is superb. They squeezed me in to check out my car after a noise developed and they located and solved the issue quickly. Been several times now and so happy I have found a reliable garage.
Fantastic service. Dropped the car off first thing and had it back within 3 hours. Saved me nearly £400 versus the main dealership.
