   Excellent service from start to finish. The lady on the phone I think her name was June was really helpful. Also when the car was collected the man who fitted the windscreen put the new wipers on the car for us. Would definitely recommend.

   After trying Auto Glass and Auto Windscreen to have my windscreen replaced I was given around 7 days before they could fit me in. They also quoted me £390 + vat for the work. I contacted Strathclyde Windscreens and they quote me the same figure with the vat, so saves 20%, and said that they could do the work that day. Dropped my car off at 11:30 and at 2:30 got a call saying the work was completed. This was first class service from people who listened to the customer needs and not a company who put you on a list for their convenience.

   Took my car there in a rush and while it was there, I received several quotes from the companies that I had contacted earlier. Turns out I’ve been charged almost triple the amount it would have been anywhere else. There’s profit and then there’s taking advantage. If you’re like me and don’t know how much car parts cost, at least make sure you get multiple quotes first. Also, their website states that they deal with all major insurance companies and you will only be liable for the excess. When it was time to collect my car, I had to cover the whole bill and was told that it’s only certain insurance companies they bill and mine isn’t one of them so I will have to deal with it myself. Chef’s kiss!

   Absolutely fantastic service. They replaced a front heated windscreen the very next day that had been completely smashed by vandals. Although they couldn't come out then as it was a two man job, they liaised with Green Flag to deliver the car to Hamilton. Very friendly, highly professional and I would thoroughly recommend Strathclyde Windscreen to anyone.
