   Fantastic service from the B for BMW team! I phoned last week for a BMW 1 series auto gearbox service and the help from the initial phone call to picking the car up this afternoon was excellent. They are a busy garage so understandably you may have to wait a few days to get your car in but I would 100% recommend and use them again in the future! Car was fully washed too and looked great!!

   Friendly staff, efficient service, good workmanship and cheaper than a BMW dealership garage. B for BMW were recommended to me, but I was a little hesitant as I usually go to the dealership. Phoned to book my 5 series tourer in to fix a driver's door window fault and get a service done. Bit of a wait for a slot, but that told me they were busy which I took as a good sign. I dropped my vehicle off a day early for my convenience, but they manged to look at the car that day and phoned me with the cost of repair. The car was ready for collection the next day and they'd washed it! You'd never know a repair had been done. Very happy.

   My Z4 M4.0 was in for the main service. We had problems with the new plugs. These things happen but I thought Andy and team did their best over two sessions to fix it, the latter being booked in the next day and done when I waited. It was unfortunate but you can’t ask any more and I trust these guys. Saved about 35% on main dealer prices.

   Had my car booked in to go to BMW stealership for undiagnosed smoke coming out exhaust. Decided to phone B for BMW and spoke to Andy and he quickly alleviated my fears and gave a thorough explanation. All for free as well! Now my M4 is out of warranty will be using these guys from now on.
