   The shop assistants are packing rolls by hand without wearing any gloves. Them they go and serve others customers touching money and the rolls again. No basic hygiene standards. I found it disgusting when I went to buy morning rolls.

   Didn't actually go into shop as I sent wife for my pot noodle but the two drunk ladies staggering out a taxi and smashing her glass 1 inch from the bin made me chuckle. I did help her clean it up tho. Pot noodle was good by the way.

   I normally love this handy little shop but the attitude of one of your staff is ridiculously rude. The girl with the glasses that works at the weekend. I come to this shop pretty much everyday and I often buy dog food which I have been getting overcharged for for a long time. The label on the shelving says 2 for a pound but we’ve been getting charged the price in the tin. This has been an overcharge of 80p a day for a number of weeks. My husband pointed it out today (again) and this checkout assistant was so rude and disrespectful (not the first time) in front of a queue of people. Telling him he was wrong and tapping the tin to say she was right about the price. My husband then walked down to the shelve where the price was listed took a photo and showed it to her. She was laughing and joking at my husbands expense. No apology was offered when shown she was wrong. We could complain about how much we’ve been overcharged for such a long time but no, so to be treated like this is just not on! Such a shame as the people are normally lovely and I like this shop a lot.
