   Helpful friendly staff. Opened a staffed checkout for me without me having to ask. It is impossible to use those badly designed self service checkouts when you have a trolley full.

   Terrible customer service experience. I’ve shopped here since it first opened and never had any issues, staff are always kind and helpful. Not today! On the 5th of May 15:27:16 I went to the self checkout tills and scanned my items. I realised I needed a bag so asked a male staff member for one. He seemed annoyed to be doing his job and even tried to make out I hadn’t paid for my cans of coke, even though I showed him the receipt. He then got further annoyed because my items were in the way of him scanning the bag, hence why I was asking for one! He talked to me like absolute trash, saying my items were in the way and how was he supposed to scan them.This is not how you deal with the general public, he should have been helpful and considerate. He needs to be talked to about his attitude, you cannot be in a customer environment and talk to people like that, it’s not ok! I Hope management pull him up about this. I’ve worked with the general public since I was 13, now mid 30s. If I had spoken to someone how he spoke to me today, I would be out of a job. He needs to be dealt with. Shocking!

   Very busy when we visited on a Saturday lunchtime, quite narrow aisles but well stocked and friendly helpful staff, clean, tidy and presentable, will definitely use again.

   Lots of empty shelves, also some of the fronts of cabinets dirty with food. Also need more checkout operators on. When we were there 1 checkout open and 6 people waiting in the queue.

   The prices were phenomenal. Everything was small, but I am from land of the huge - USA. Still, I would shop here again. What was different is the seasonal, non-food items were in bins. In the US, the items are displayed on shelves. The bins make you feel like you are shopping a very cheap store, but it could be because I am from the USA.
