   Absolutely shocking, no 4 pint whole milk, no 8pack cans of Fanta, no onions, cucumber, lettuce, salsa dip Guessing you have had no fresh delivery in store I get it’s the start of January after Christmas but some of these items are just day to day So much for ease of shopping

   I use to use the fresh meat and fish counter quite frequently,but over the last few months I have found the quality and freshness of the meat and fish to be below previous standards set by Morrisons. I don't buy fish at all now from this store as it never looks all that fresh and occasionally still buy a piece of fresh steak, depending on how it is visually to the eye, as some of the use by dates on the meat is over dated in my opinion as visually you can see some of the cuts beginning to turn. Whether this is a issue to only this store or all Morrisons in general I obviously don't know,but the Morrisons at Gilmerton in Edinburgh does seem to have a nicer marketplace counter where produce does look fresher, whether this is down to more turnover of produce than at Dalkeith I don't know, but would assume so. Update: Visited Morrisons at Gilmerton today 13.8.25. Unfortunately this store seems as poorly managed as the Dalkeith store. Three or four leaking fridges,floors wet and not looking that clean, and again the fresh produce at the market street counter was poor. The shame is this,this is not the employees fault who are selling the produce,the management of these stores or even higher up are responsible for the running of these stores. I now understand why Morrisons is number 4 at best of British supermarkets

   Good store and decent prices wide variety of food and more . Cafe open good for coffee or meal. Fresh bakery department and meat fish etc . Good variety of alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic. Second entrance to bus stops still closed been months if not a year . Used for storage not a good site and makes long walk out for some Free ample parking

   My first visit to this branch despite it being there for a while, couldn't find some of our usual products, there weren't enough checkouts open so there was a decent queue at all of the open ones, find it quite tight at some bits, could do with a refresh but sti well stocked, clean and tidy, no complaints on that score.

   I always think this is a nice clean and friendly shop but the lady who came to serve on the hot plate wasn't very happy seved the man didn't even say anything to him then when it was my turn sge was on her headset and was like I had to come serve not very polite

   I've never saw a more dier looking breakfast in all my puff. The latte I had was very unappetising too. The young lass who served me was polite and happy. Wouldn't come back here however.

   Great store, excellent range and large open aisles. Cafe inside as well as access to other ammenties like toilets, Amazon lockers and an inpost locker located outside. Parking could be a bit better, would avoid in heavy rain as it tends to flood but plenty of spaces as well as a dedicated area for Motorcycles.

   Went today around 7.15pm got served by a guy called Bruce who wasnt very friendly or welcoming he scanned everything and kept looking at my face didn't tell me the total or said anything when I said I have match and more card he shouted and said ya calm down u can still use it which i found very very rude. No customer service skills what so ever rude wont be going again for sure.
