Went in for a minor issue and got it sorted quickly without a fuss. I usually don’t like visiting mechanics but had a great experience at Findlays.
I had a fault with my car which my brother who is a mechanic couldn't fix for a reasonable price as he now works for a major ripoff garage in EK. He said a fair price would have been about 800 quid. They fixed it for under 600. Friendly knowledgeable staff
Dropped my car off for it's yearly MOT and was given a phone call for a repair needed and total cost . An hour later I was phoned again to be told it was ready and my car was delivered back to me. The customer service at Findlays is quick, fairly priced and all done with giving the reassurance that your car is safe on its return. thank you see you next time my car is needing TLC
Have been going to Findlays for many years now and he has never let me down, his garage is not the best looking place, but he always does a good job.
My car was needing an urgent MOT. I contacted Findlays first thing in the morning and they couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating. I dropped my car off expecting to be contacted later that day. Findlays had MOT’d my car within an hour of me dropping it off and I received a text to say it was ready for collection! What a service and I would highly recommend them
