Myself & colleague with our Porsche Boxsters, met Boyd at Thurrock Moto Services. Another customer with BMW E36 also arrived. Despite the cold & wet conditions, Boyd worked his magic on all 3 cars. Mine was for a replacement remote fob & programming, my colleague required a new remote fob & a new key cutting. Don't know the issue for the E36, but owner left happy. My work was completed within 40mins & I now have 2 fully working remotes. My colleagues very early '97 Boxster 2.5 caused some issues when trying to programme. Boyd explained that he hadn't seen this particular Alarm/Immobiliser module. But he persevered & cracked the problem. Top marks for perseverance Boyd. A very thorough work ethic. Used Boyd for a couple of new key cut and coded to my mini R50. Price was excellent (way below what mini wanted) and service was fantastic, communication from him is superb and a really professional and helpful service. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
Amazing service. Supplied a new 987 key with blade cut programmed all good to go. Original owner lost the main key. Soy now have key 1 and 2 with all the onboard memory able to be saved against both. Also gave me a key with blade cut and shell to swap over my silver key if the outer breaks (prone to cracking/snapping). Thanks Boyd very prompt communication. Paul
Replaced both the key fobs in my 996, which were failing until the point of no longer working reliably. Cost me less than half what Porsche would charge and done as I waited - great service!
