   Called this guy to get a repair on my car, I explained the problem and asked if he could fix it. His response “not today, no” after a pause I said it could be another day you have free, he then replied “I might be able to but not today” I explained the car wasn’t drivable but could arrange recovery if he can give me a cost to repair, was told to bring it in and he will see if he can do it, I said he I don’t want to pay recovery if he couldn’t do it, his response “forget it then” hung up, rude!

   Never again !!!!!!!, he makes an appointment for 9Am for Mot, he comes to the garage 12 minutes past nine. Over the phone, we agreed that the Mot will be made at 9Am and I will wait 45 minutes to one hour because I have no other transport - However, when he arrived late, he told me that I should leave the car and that he would call when the car was ready - what - that's not how it was arranged ??? The response was very arrogant: what do you think that I have no other cars to work ! I repair cars myself, but Mot has to be done in workshops, but no one has treated me like him yet - only wasted time and unnecessary stress, therefore I warn you against this workshop because it is not worth as a person has no respect for the customer!

   Used this garage for the last 6 years for all MOTs, Services and when things have went/broken down. Always books in when required car back on time, never been over priced or had any issues, like o have with other garages. Jim has even shown me the old parts to show me the issue. Highly recommend and wouldn't go by.

   This place is a discussing place they have not a clue how to work on cars very unprofessional there stinking overalls in your car and the there leaving the screwdrivers tools ect on the scuttle panel and scratching the plastics 100 would not recommend here theres alot of police involvement to just a heads up to anyone stay well clear
