   5 Stars – Incredible Customer Service! Visited the JD store on the 3rd of October in the evening, and I just have to shout out the amazing help I received from one of the team members (I believe he was a manager), an Asian gentleman with dark black hair on tills. I had accidentally bought the wrong sizes for both my Air Forces and my P6000s, and needed to exchange them for smaller sizes. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. Even though it was probably near the end of a long day, he took the time to help me find the right sizes, made sure everything fit properly, and handled the exchange smoothly and without any stress. Honestly, it’s rare to come across such genuinely lovely and helpful service these days. He turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Massive thanks — you really made my day! JD is lucky to have staff like this.

   I've been to many JDs and granted this one is smaller so it is a bit more congested. The staff were helpful initially in greeting etc but communication was very poor thereafter. We were sat waiting 20 minutes and suddenly they found out our shoes were at the till when we asked to try them!

   Really disappointing, had to wait more than 20 minutes in the queue, always low in staff and too busy to help you, and is not the first time. Poor management, I would recommend to go to another JD.
