   Came into the store asking for help with ankle pain because I'm a new runner and I was worried my shoes were not the right fit as I bought it online. The gentleman who worked there Jim (I think) was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a gait analysis for me which quelled my worries. He also gave me good training advice. Would definitely come here for my next pair of running shoes instead!!

   I visited Runners World in Eastcote looking for some support for my ankles during long runs. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my specific needs and helped me choose two ankle/foot supports that fit perfectly. The advice they gave about fit, compression, and comfort was spot-on, and it really made me feel confident about my purchase. Shopping here felt personal and much more helpful than in a typical sports store — they clearly know their products and running needs inside out. I left the store feeling supported and well-informed, and I’ll definitely be returning for future running gear. Highly recommended!

   My wife and I recently purchased our running shoes after getting recommended about this place. I must say Phil and Jim are great guys who will really help you out in your shoe search. I bought a pair after gait test but unfortunately the shoe did not fit me well after I went for couple of runs. I brought the show back to the store and they patiently heard my issue. Gave me couple of other shoes and did the gait analysis again. Thankfully this time it's all good and I must say I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks a lot Runner's world. You guys are awesome!!

   I had the most pleasant and professional experience and with the expert advice of Phil and Jim , my new trainers HOKA were selected with ease . My feet are so comfy and after months years of pain, I finally got long term relief. The shop was so happy to measure my feet whether I bought trainers from the store or not - that is the uniqueness of the service provided - my feet’s comfort is their priority. Phil, Jim thank you - I look forward to my second pair of trainers that you kindly ordered in , especially for me. Thank you for trusting me - most shops would ask for full payment or a deposit but you have worked on trust which means so much to me. You sure have a new loyal customer . Phil and Jim are worth a visit - if you want the best shoes for comfort - they are experts in foot care for sure. Everything they advised - my podiatrist equally said the same. Thank you guys - love my HOKA’s - proof in the pic. It is by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had buying shoes, they are fully focused on doing the right thing for you .

   I went this morning and arrived before the shopped officially opened. Despite the owner still eating his breakfast he welcomed me in, the service and experience was the best I have ever had when in a shop environment! Time was no issue and I wasn’t just a quick sale, the owner was genuinely keen to help pick the right trainer for me! If you are considering going here then stop considering and get down there!
