I was shopping for three items which I had in my arms, the girl behind the counter said I was to use a basket and pointed to two very very dirty Tesco baskets lying in the corner, clearly they hadn’t been used in a long time. I obviously refused to use them and pointed out that they were stolen from Tesco and i would be reporting the shop for having them, this made her angry and she told me to leave the shop and never come back, she and the man that run the shop at the moment are the rudest staff that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The both of them and the shop could be doing a good clean, their waste bins that sit in summerside place are also a health hazard, I’ve seen rats coming out from underneath them on a few occasions. Please avoid this shop if you value your health.

Their passion for work and to treat people nice it’s sublime. I don’t know why they accept parcels if they don’t like you to bring them in, I had to stop because I saw how they treat them.. also the prices are different depending which one is on the shop. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, do it.

Why open an evri parcel shop if you cannot accept evri parcels? I had a package, maybe 2 feet by 2 feet, a 30 inch TV and they cannot accept it saying no big parcels. Please close your evri parcel shop and do something else.

Shopkeeper is a horrible and very unpleasant individual. Wouldn’t let me return an Amazon parcel because it didn’t have a bag. Then made horrible comments about my appearance (I have visible signs of liver failure - not from alcohol). I would have been kicked out if I made the same type of remarks about his skin colour! Completely unacceptable.

I suffer from severe anxiety and NEVER go to the shops, always ordering stuff to be delivered instead. I get so much stuff from Amazon and half the time it wasn't as advertised so I would swallow the loss rather than face going to the shop to return it. But one day I didn't feel too overwhelmed and quite honestly couldn't afford the loss on this parcel, so I bit the bullet and went round. I was in a helluva state by the time I got to the shop, not knowing what I was to do. The guy was fab! Talked me through the process and kept me right. Was all done and dusted in a matter of minutes, that easy in fact I felt a bit of a fool for getting so worked up! Got my refund within 24 hours. Thanks mate! Made things a lot less stressful for me. It's saved me a fortune knowing how easy it is to return stuff now instead of losing money

Bad service. I am a support worker working with people with Autism. My client took his time looking for the things he’d like to buy, moving back and forth in this store. The lady behind the counter kept yelling “hurry up, hurry up!” Very unprofessional and upset my client. I asked her why she was telling him to hurry up and she said “some customers take 10-15 minutes in the shop I have things to do” we are customers and can take however long we like, she could have still done her work and come down to the till when we were ready. My client is a regular in this store also! Very rude and I have advised my client to not return. I am shocked!
