   As a disabled driver both Dylan and Mohammed were very helpful, courteous and empathetic. Dylan immediately brought me a seat on seeing I was struggling to walk, he explained what was wrong with the car and Mohammed brought the car back inches to the door, as it is a slight incline to the disabled bay. Very approachable young men with such a welcoming attitude

   Had a burst tyre due to a pothole. Put my car in and the tyre they had was a cheap Avon but I was charged the Princely sum of £272. I could have got a top range tyre fitted elsewhere for less than £200. When i saw other places selling it at £160 i said it seemed a bit excessive. The so called 'Manager' came out all guns blazing shouting in front of other customers 'ye wan me ae take it aff?' Also if i had ordered the same tyre on line in the same place through Halfords it would have been £202 so the wee Manager stuck an extra £70 on??? My wifes car has been in here quite a lot and I know she was paying through the nose for cheap tyres/components. Never will any of my family or friends set foot in this place again. Steer well clear of this place and it's aggresive staff.

   No complaints on my visit to Halfords at Bearsden. The premises were well maintained, clean (for vehicle service etc) customer area was clean and free of any detritus, staff courteous and informative. I would certainly return there for any work to be carried out.

   My father who is 89 booked an MOT and a service at this Bearsden branch of Halfords . He appeared at 8.30 to check in his car as he was told only to finf tbe place locked and shuttered. No notice was posted about this closure. Other drivers were there also . What a. Way to treat customers ! Shameful!
