   Please take note of the poor reviews and go elsewhere!!. Battery arrived and had leaked virtually all it's fluid leaving every cell dry. Have left emails and voice mails to no effect... Can't even find a way to return a useless battery. Do not waste your money!!

   Whatever you do AVOID this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased my battery . The company is a joke .supposed brand new battery lasted less than 3 months in a brand new camper build. I can honestly say in all my years I have never dealt with a company so terrible . I have a printout from a battery test and it appears at least 1 cell is bad and will not hold charge all they want is voltmeter reading . They have not got the slightest clue what they are doing . Just keep copying and pasting the same rubbish it appears they always do . I have passed all relevant information onto trading standards and if anybody reading this has had issues message me. This company should be shut down too many times have they ripped off people enough is enough .

   Looking at the reviews I do not think we will be bothering sending the battery back to you in Glasgow for testing. That would mean we need to buy another battery... I wish I hadn't bothered with them TBH. 3 year warranty LOL Dear customer, Please provide us the voltage in the battery with the help of voltmeter or multi-meter? Please return the battery back to us for testing under warranty. We will test the battery and if it is found faulty, we will refund you the transaction and if it passes the test, we will return back to you. Please must send the copy of proof of purchase like copy of purchase receipt with your contact details so that we know from where the parcel is coming from and to whom it belongs to. Return address under warranty: GCD Garage Ltd Unit 2, 412 Swanston Street Glasgow G40 4HW Kind regards, Note: No warranty for the deep discharged or flat battery or under 11V batteries. All Batteries warranted against premature failure due to manufacturing or material defects only. The warranty does not cover Sulphation, Wear and Tear; Deep discharged, Overcharging, Physical Damage, Incorrect application, reverse charging and negligence.

   Bought 2 batteries for my friends mobility scooter. They were delivered on 13/09/2023 at a cost of £104.99. Within 4WEEKS they were useless and kept him housebound. I tried to contact the company by phone but their answering machine was full. I then e mailed them on 10/11/2023 with no reply by 15/11/2023. He has bought 2 new batteries today (15/11/23) at a cost of £260 and is now back on the road. I will be taking the batteries back to them as I live about 10 miles away.

   Wish I had read reviews on here before purchasing battery through eBay, as others have said batteries purchased and failed, in my case less than a year old, contacted for help, got a reply with a list of questions all of which were answered, reply was to ask same question again, I answered all yet again, their reply this time was to ask same questions from their first reply then suggested i should return the battery at my expense for them to decide it it’s faulty, not once did they ask for photos showing a voltmeter connected displaying readings what they were asking or in this case not as the battery has an internal fault so no voltage due to an open circuit internally just as my charger also displayed. Unfortunately you are not able to leave feedback after you first do it which means no one is able to report on their after sales and warranty experiences, it is very easy to hide behind a website/eBay window. Fortunately not all eBay sellers are like this but it does make you stop and think twice in future.

   Purchased a car battery from this outfit through Ebay ( user name starterbatteries) which was supposed to have a three year warranty. Lasted less than a year before it started to loose charge and the car failed to start. They said I would have to arrange return at my expense. I've since bought a decent battery from a reputable company which works fine.

   Bought 2 batteries for my 85yr old father, for his golf buggy. They lasted a month or so before they gave up. No response from any contact, email or phone. Do not use, they are obviously selling sub standard products. Taking advantage of an old man is a pretty sorry way to do business. Shame on you.

   Shocking service from these guys, I bought 2 off 120Amp batteries from them via Amazon. One had been leaking so I tried contacting them via Amazon. Never replied until Amazon ot involved. Still not had my refund, just waiting for Amazon to sort them out. I have emailed them 5 times and not one reply to my emails. I also am concerned at Amazon ratings as they have 4.5 stars out of 5??? Also noticed the one 5star review is by Inderjeet Singh who was a director of this company. Very fruadulant!!!
