The assistant Darren was very polite and professional. He done a tire change while I waited. His customer service was second to none. This was the first time I have used quickfit and will definitely recommend the Yoker branch.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Adam at Kwik Fit, Yoker. After driving from Edinburgh to Glasgow, I was alerted that my tyre pressure was low as I came off the motorway. I pulled into a service station to use the air pump, but unfortunately it wouldn’t inflate the tyre at all. I remembered passing a Kwik Fit about a quarter of a mile back, so I carefully drove there on what was now a completely flat tyre. When I arrived, I was initially told that they were fully booked for the rest of the day. However, they kindly offered the use of their car park so I could change over to my spare tyre. As I started to do this, one of the employees, Adam, came out and immediately offered to help. While preparing to fit the spare, we realised it was only a space saver, which meant I wouldn’t be able to safely make it all the way back to Edinburgh. Adam went above and beyond at this point—he checked his stock, and because my tyre was an uncommon size, he took the initiative to phone around several other garages. He successfully located the correct tyre, arranged for it to be brought over by taxi, and then fitted it for me once it arrived. Adam was an absolute lifesaver. His kindness, professionalism, and determination to help turned a very stressful situation into a huge relief. He is without a doubt the most helpful person you could ask for and a real credit to Kwik Fit. I can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend this branch based on his outstanding service alone.
Thanks for the help Adam! Pothole burst my tyre and after I changed to the spare, I booked in for the next day at the Yoker garage where Adam fit a new one for me. He got to it straight away and answered some questions I had about the lugnut sizes while making sure to demonstrate for me too. Much appreciated!
Both guys were great, I arrived back of 5pm with a slow puncture. There was no attitude or annoyance that it was the end of the working day, they took a look at the tyre and got straight to replacing it. All done and dusted within 25 minutes.
Great service from Adam and the team at Kwik Fit in Yoker - got all 4 tyres replaced at short notice and Adam even did a deal on them as well, alignment included. Would highly recommend this branch. Thank you again!
Terrible customer service. Got a flat tyre. Told cant look at it for a few hours then called to say tyres werent even in stock. Can not for them for 4 working days after ordering because short staffed. It was the way i was told and attitude was the issue. I told him i had an appointment and asked would it be ready at 1ish but they way he said just go to the apppointment was very smarmy and come back get car. How can i get to the appointment with no car ? . Terrible service, will never go to this Kwik Fit again. Really need to train staff on customer experience and building rapport. Being nice and explaining something you would accept it but attitude so poor
Incredible service. They managed to fit me in last minute and did everything they could to make sure that my car was back up and running so I could get to an exam I had the next day. Honestly felt like they treated you like a family member. Darren and John were excellent, they really went above and beyond their job role. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’ll certainly be back! Thank you!

had 2 tyres fitted from James at Kwik fit yoker today . Spot on . fast and great service highly recommend had to go elsewhere for the service as ther was not much staff today or would've let James take care of the full car .. part from that will be back soon for the other 2 tyres ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I booked in to have 4 tyres replaced on my car 1 hour ahead. Turned up to the garage and Lee took care of the work immediately, explaining everything in a very helpful and friendly way. The job was done in less than an hour and precautions were taken to keep my car clean. Kwik Fit offered free wheel alignment and battery health checks which showed wheel alignment was required, which Lee completed right then and there. He pointed out that my battery was pretty low but still in warranty and even topped up my windscreen washer fluid. All in all a fabulous experience and thanks to Lee I will come back again to Kwik Fit when needed.
