Excellent experience. I got custom made insoles for my high arches. The store assistant was very knowledgeable & kind. He fitted the insoles within 20 mins. I wore the insoles for my game and they were excellent, no more sore blistered feet! I would highly recommend
Superb! Booked a gait analysis session which was great. Couldn't have asked for more. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Lots of shoes to try that were good for me. Very happy with my new running shoes, so much better than buying online.
Wonderful shop with delightful staff, my friend and I came in a few weeks ago looking for some trainers for our half marathon and ended up being in there for an hour and a half. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly

I was recommended to The Run Shop in Woking shop by a podiatrist & can't recommend them highly enough. Both members of staff, Karl & John, are friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable without being at all pushy. They took time to make sure I had the right trainers, including testing with insoles from the podiatrist & doing a full gait test on the shop's running/walking machine. Excellent service!
Myself and my partner had such a welcoming and positive experience here. I cannot recommend this place enough! Both members of staff in-store were so attentive and accommodating for our running needs and helped us efficiently pick out the most suitable shoes using the Gait Analysis. Through tracking our running style on the treadmill in-store, the staff could pick out shoes that perfectly suited us. It is 100% worth coming here if you're a new runner (like me) and you have no clue where to start, because the staff here really know their stuff. I have had my first run in the new shoes and they feel super supportive ☺️ I cannot wait to keep up with the running and visit the store again when I'm in the area. Thank you Run Company!
Absolutely Outstanding, very attentive service from a lovely lady. She had me run on the running machine , a proper assesment, then gave me a great selection of running shoes. Bloody brilliant.
