   One of the staffs would stand 4 feet away from you constantly like you’re a criminal. I checked out the headlights and poles, the poles didn’t have price tags so it took me longer. Stayed in the store for about 5-8 mins. This apparently makes you a thief. Here comes the staff, not offering help or anything, just stand right next to you and follow you around until you leave.

   Extremely unprofessional service… red bull energy drinks and doughnuts out on the counter and staff munching their way through them in front of customers. Staff members phone starts blasting I came here like a wrecking ball by Miley Cyrus as her ring tone on full volume a couple times whilst serving customers. No prices on any items and everything was a complete mess. Reminds me of a jumble sale…

   None of the items have prices on, after asking to help to find out prices for items upstairs was told to bring it to the till downstairs to check the price. After finally choosing item with price on it, was told at the till that it is wrong price and this item is 50% more than marked price.

   Went to Woking store found a jacket I liked upstairs but no price so asked assistant and she said go down stairs and asked . Terrible service . I’m 68 although agile I still think she should have gone done and found price . Bought jacket but when I went online jacket was £20 cheaper . Is this allowed . Won’t be going back

   Poor experience when looking to spend money on boots costing over £200 semt from a Nevis store in Fort William. Lack of what appears to be staff on the shop floor and no interest in assisting. Purchased the boots elsewhere.
