   Can't give zero stars. Diagnosed my van incorrectly then quoted a fortune for repair of parts that were not faulty. Then left it sitting outside for 14 weeks because i couldn't move it. Eventually managed to take it somewhere else and it was fixed within a week for a fraction of what i was quoted here.

   I`ve used Springbank for years with various cars and trust them completely. Fair prices and they always diagnose and fix the problem. Ian has gone over and above to help me many times. I guess the majority of people don`t leave reviews when they are happy, going by the some of the negative reviews more unhappy people go out of their way to leave a negative review. I believe they are in the minority and not a true reflecion of the majority happy customers they have. I highly recommend Springbank.

   Amazing service. Thank you, especially to Tricia who went above and beyond. Booked Luton Van for Friday, my licence was out of date so could not hire van. Went to Springbank to inform them. Full refund, was not expecting that. 5 star staff and service.

   Damaged my alloys during a fitting. When I went in to complain I was advised that between the time of me going out to the car and coming back in everyone had left and I would have to come back in the morning to discuss with the boss. Will never use again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

   Was given a deathtrap of a van that eventually broke down on the motorway. When I got back to the depot and raised all the issues with the owner I was met with a poor attitude and rudeness. The van itself wasn't cleaned before given to us either. Wouldn't touch this company again and would definitely not recommend. Only gave 1 star as it's not possible to give zero.

   The receptionist was very kind and helpful but it took a whole morning to wait for the quote to fix an oil leak. I asked if the mechanic is able to clear a filter and in response I got a shoulder shrug. I also asked how much is the quote to repair the oil leak to which again I got no answer and "call on Monday and maybe someone will be able to help you"! For no resolution I had to pay £12.00 plus they did nothing. On leaving the shop I asked if someone had checked the oil seeing as though the complaint was for an oil leak, plus I needed my car to be safe on the road. No-one had checked it at all so I asked a young mechanic to check it for me. Fortunately the oil was still alright. I only went to the garage as it was recommended but I'm beginning to wish I hadn't gone at all.

   Rude staff, terribly customer service. They scrat my wheels putting new tyres amd said was already scratched as I could see the pouder of scrat and show that to the shop manager. No even an apology, they forgot the sticker on the tyre making it very unsafe to drive. When she realised I wasn't Uk Citizen I fell she changed the tone and way to treat me. Absolutely disappointed with the service.
