Terrible service. Everyone just screaming at each other. Feels like every worker is running but they aint helping nobody. Every customer is just waiting until they are fed up and they just leave.
Very disappointing service. Apart from a couple of staff, most were completely unhelpful and unprofessional. The manager interrupted customers mid-service to send staff on breaks, speaking over people being served—very rude. At the till, the girl decided for me what kind of experience I had, selecting "good" on the machine without asking. When I challenged her, she told me she could reset it. First of all, she should never have done it in the first place, and second, she doesn’t get to choose how my experience was. The service here has gone downhill for years, and the Google reviews reflect it. Unprofessional, unpleasant, and not a place I’ll be rushing back to. The only positive was that the till receipt had a QR code so I could leave my honest feedback when I got home.
Very poor customer service, wanted to try 2 t-shirts and got told fitting rooms are closed if I want bring them back. I felt like I was bothering him and interrupting his gossiping with another colleague. Not coming back definitely
I went to JD sports in Kilburn. staff is very rude and very aggressive, look like they are waiting for fighting somebody. I felt disgusted by their behaviour and buy one pair of trainers for me. JD need to have training in customer service and management need to take action about their staff. No one is helpful in this store. I will say to the manager take some attention to the store cashier name is Abdur Rahman very rude and bad behaviour with the people. all of them are complaining about this guy. I am very disappointed I don't know jd take action or not .l

Excellent helpful staff, big range of shoes , backpacks, clothes etc . The shop is neat and nicely organised and the service at the till was good as well.

Very disappointed. Short of staff, customers waiting ages to try the shoes and then at the end our size is out of stock. Waiting for 20 minutes or more and then size out if stock joking. Just one floor staff was nice and pleasant the till staff needs to smile more, its all about good customer service. Also prices are not updated as soon we get into the till price changes. Not recommend this store.
No enough staff to manage tills so customers left to wait. Please don't come to this particular branch please good luck
