   One star is too much. Tried to see dentist and told removed from list. Contacted dental hospital who said I'm still on their list, but they still refuse to see me. Not good. I see several other people had the same problem with being removed from list. Some rude staff. Was so much better when it was Mr and Mrs Diamond. Would give minus of I could. Would never treat the public the way some of the staff do.

   My dentist at this surgery is Dr Paul Henderson. He is an amazing dentist. He is so comforting and reassuring and makes you feel at ease. He has a very professional mannerism and is fantastic at his job. I wouldn’t have anyone else be my dentist. Paul is an asset to the surgery.

   Great wee dentist. Lucy Morgan and her assistant made me feel so relaxed and they done a great job of my fillings. I wouldn't go to anybody else as they took away my fear of dentist with making me so relaxed. Than you Lucy.

   They were good before covid BS. It seems this has just made healthcare system really bad. I had an appointment booked for April 2020 that was cancelled because of lockdown. For the past two days I’ve been having toothache, called in today to try and book an appointment, they don’t have availability for this month, so I need to call in the morning when it opens for daily emergencies. These slots are only made available on the day, and if you’re not lucky enough to get one, you’ll need to try the next day. In the meantime, you get stuck with your toothache. When I should have already been booked in for an appointment since my last one was cancelled.

   Reception was welcoming and helpful, Joint appointment with son, dentist was very accommodating as son was nervous advice given was good and helpful. upon leaving and making a new appointment reception staff very attentive.

   Had the "pleasure" of speaking to Lynne on the phone regarding my 4 yo son. Very condescending. Very robotic. No empathy whatsoever. All the rest of the team are lovely.
