   Been with this dental practice for a few years, always been an overweight person and before it was never an issue. But now if you weigh over 21 stone you'll be referred to a community dentist for 'insurance' purposes. So if your over 21 stone they'll reject you treatment just like they did with a family member, who waited months to have something done to their teeth to be told they can't do it because of their weight. Outrageous. And waiting times are ridiculous, registered with a new dentist and can be seen 10th September. Everyone registered here I would think twice

   This used to be a great dentist but has dramatically gone down hill. After numerous cancellations and waiting months for an appointment they cancelled last minute and said they’d call to reschedule, still waiting. Wouldn’t recommend!

   I'm a private paying patient, and I had a private filling a few weeks ago, which has been causing pain when chewing and is extremely sensitive. Called to explain this, and the girl interrupted me by saying, "You just need to call back in the morning." I then called 22 times in the one day with no answer. I then emailed as instructed by the site, and have yet to hear back.

   Five weeks for an appointment despite saying I was in pain?! That can't be ethical. If you're short staffed hire or bring in locums. My new dental surgery saw and treated me the next day (and nipped an infection in the bud). Stop tolerating poor service from your healthcare providers.

   Absolutely outstanding, I am Terrified of the dentist and only changed to here before I got married to get a clean two years ago. Anyway had terrible toothache and went today to let them have a look and be referred for sedation. The guy( dentist ) who took me had a look and was so nice, he promised I would be fine and so I caved and said take it out knowing I would probably say no in the end and run home lol. Well it took minutes and I didnt feel a thing, him and the dental nurse made me feel much more confident and this is the first I have had a tooth out fully awake. Absolutely brilliant dentist, very caring and understanding dentist who takes there time and talks you through everything, feel much more confident. Thank you so much Stephanie wrightx

   From a young age I've always been terrified of a trip to the dentist. This fear changed today when I left this dentist, I can honestly say that I never felt any pain at all. (first time ever) the fella knew I was apprehensive, so numbed my gum/tooth really well. Great price as well, a practice that isn't overcharging. I will be recommending to family and friends.
