   I had to have 2 back teeth removed and all I can say was that the whole experience was flawless…Dr Iqbal’s calm and professional approach totally calmed me down and there was zero pain. He explained everything and put me at ease and his trainee nurse was lovely too. Would thoroughly recommend.

He was absolutely lovely explaining the options available & helping me reach the correct decision re treatment required. Manzar was so efficient & despite my fear of the dentists (like most folk) he made the entire experience painless - can’t thank you enough.

   Simply excellent and professional service. Dentist Shona Bailley and her team, nurse and receptionist, made my visit relaxed and successful. They gave a relaxed calming manner and show great professionalism. Really pleased with this service and I am usually quite tense dental treatment.

   I visited as a new patient this week. I'm a nervous patient and have a bad gag which I'm sure makes the dentists work very hard. I must highly commend Manzar the dentist, he really took time to calm me down and suggest techniques to help with the problem. I'll definitely be back again without my previous anxieties, he was brilliant.

   I am absolutley disgusted at the treatment and lack of poor communication I’ve experienced with this dentist. I’ve had one visit prior to todays emergency visit. I was told I would need a lot of treatment including a mouth Guard for bruxism and root treatment. I had to check my shifts before I made another appointment so told the receptionist I’d phone up. When I did I was told that the dentist hadn’t listed my treatment needed on my records and she’d need to get the dentist to phone me back the following morning. Nobody did. 6 weeks go by and 4/5 calls were made- never was able to get through to reception to find out why I didn’t get a call back when this is what I was told. Last night I was in excruciating pain to the point I felt I needed emergency treatment. The pain lasted 5 hours until I eventually managed to get to sleep. I called nhs 24 and was advised I need urgent dental treatment though due to it being 1am she had no emergency appointments available. I told this to receptionists. I was in a lot of pain and very unhappy about my time being wasted so wouldn’t have come across very cheery, but I did not expect the young ginger girl at reception to scowl at me when asking how to spell my name. Two of them were dealing with my complaint at the same time, the other girl also being very young and wearing a hijab said to me she’d she if she could try fit me in. I told her nhs 24 told me as they were my doctor they would be required to fit me in in 24 hours. She told me it was actually 48. I said I can’t understand why I wouldn’t get seen today considering how much pain I had been in the night previous and still experiencing though not as severe at that time. She told me that there certainly Would have been emergency appointments available to me and that it was incorrect there would be nothing there and if the woman thought it was an emergency she’d have sent me for this!! I couldn’t believe what I’d heard and I did hold back tears and anger at this stage but I just wanted to be seen asap. I certainly wasnt expecting to hear such a horrible and accusations statement as if I was lying about the pain I was in!? I managed to see the dentist and told her calmly about how I never received a call back. She told me she couldn’t do any treatment until I got my mouth guard for bruxism, I don’t understand why they couldn’t have called me to tell me this as they’d told me over the phone. Through this entire trip I was not given an apology for the miscommunication once. I’ll be leaving this dentist as soon as the dentist close to me is taking nhs patients back on. Highly unprofessional staff in here and I am disgusted at my treatment today.
