   Jamil bismil has been my dentist for many years.in that time I have found him and the other staff members really polite and professional while showing empathy .They have went above and beyond on two occasions. The most recent was yesterday. As like some other people I am very nervous. I had 2 extractions and plates.he was really calm and reassuring all the way through the appointment, as was his assistant I don't know her name. Mr bismal had made my time go really quick.the only thing I felt was 2 small nips on the roof of my mouth.Afer both teeth were removed he put the plates in.i left the dentist feeling smashing.not only was it a great experience the plates look so natural and I don't even feel like I have them in.so that's why I feel jamil bismil and all the staff,absolutely deserve every star.

   My experience with the dentist in this surgery had been awful. MR BISMIL is rude, aggressive and hostile. He does not spend time with his patients and quite frankly I found him very judgmental. I felt uncomfortable and ultimately unsafe.!! I would urge you to find an alternative dental surgery before attending the aqua dental surgery. The staff are nice and friendly however the dentist MR BISMIL is dismal and should not be allowed to work within the public sector and the NHS.

   A very bad experience! The doctor lacks understanding and did not provide me with the right treatment. I did not feel comfortable or confident during the visit. I do not recommend him at all!
