Absolutely terrible customer service! They usually ignore customers in store Staff follow you around the shop as overly theft conscious. I was once told here I can’t try a pair of shoes together, just one at a time. Takes ages to wait for sizes Today I wanted to try an item in a size they have in a stockroom, but was told they can’t go there, as someone was praying there ! The stock is good, but this shop needs a management change , as well as serious staff training
