NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. WALKING IN THE SHOP WITH MY CHILDREN TO PICK UP A ONLINE ORDER, THE TWO INDIAN LADYS AND BLACK MAN THAT WORKS THERE WERE ARGUING BETWEEN THEM SELFS OVER A CUSTOMER THAT WANTED TO PURCHASE ITEMS. WHEN THEY SERVED ME AND MY KIDS ALL 3 OF THEM WERE VERY RUDE TALKING TO US AND MAKING FACES AS I NEEDED TO DO ONLINE RETURNS ASWELL. WHAT KINDA OF UNEDUCATED PEOPLE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE NO EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER THOSE THREE EMPLYEES ARE GIVING THIS COMPANY A BAD NAME. IM LITERALLY SO HAPPY THEY ARE CLOSING DOWN I WILL CUT A CAKE ON THERE BEHALF CAUSE THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS INFRONT OF CHILDRENS.

I am very disappointed to hear that the store is closing in Harrow. It always seemed quite popular and I have bought my items over the years which I was very pleased with. There are no other shops locally that sell stuff for the intrepid. What a loss this will be

I am satisfied with product but the sales service is horrible and awful. The female employee in glasses treated us like a second class citizen. My wife tried out 1 sweatshirt. The lady got mad on my wife why she didn’t folded that shirt. Its her job to fold the clothes not to gossip on the till with other member of staff. We were really disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience at Trespass in Harrow while shopping for a jacket with my teenage child. The staff were incredibly snobbish and unhelpful, making no effort to assist us as we browsed. Despite clearly looking for something specific, no one approached us or offered any guidance, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this sort of thing with the staff in this store. It felt as though they had no interest in helping customers, and their attitude was unwelcoming. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this store fell short. I expected a more friendly and helpful atmosphere, especially in a shop where guidance on outdoor wear can be useful.

this place has been on a closing down all items must go sale for the last 30 years. Not sure if that's the reason the stock has dwindled down so much there's hardly anything in the store

Pathetic store and worst staff. I have never ever seen such a shameless staff in all my life. They don't have any manners on how to talk to customers. They asked me to leave the store for trying out somethings. They don't even take complaints otherwise they will have to respond. Absolutely horrendous experience visiting the store , will not set foot in this store ever again.

Honestly, the worst shop ever! The staff are very rude and unprofessional. There is no help and I would avoid this store altogether. No wonder they are closing so many trespass stores. The manager is very rude and should be replaced by someone who is there to help and doesn't increase prices at a whim.

Looks like the prices are not fixed. They are negotiating the prices. I have been today and wanted to purchase a jacket that has been on sale, reduced from 140£ to 64.5£. I took the jacket to the counter, with the new price shown on the hanger. They have taken the price off and then they charged me 140£. When telling them that the price is wrong, as the jacket has been on sale, they said that the sales are cancelled and I have to pay the full price. Also, he mentioned that they were just changing the prices in the tills also. After refusing to buy it for the full price, they said, they can do it at the sale price today. So I buy it for 64.5£. However, this is not the first time that I experience this in the same Harrow shop. About two months back I got some shorts shown in sales for 12£. When checking the receipt at home I notice that for one of the tshirts I was charged 25£ and the other two 19£ each. I haven't returned asking for an explanation, but now I believe if you are not careful, they charge you whatever prices they want, not what is shown on the tickets. Shame on you Trespass, maybe that is the reason their shop is always empty, without customers.
