I love this practice as they are all very friendly. I am always at ease and Brian(McM) is very patient when explaining things to me. He is also very honest and NOT a 'money grabber'. Always doing the best for ME!!

I have been a patient of St. Leonards dental practice for many years and have received quite excellent treatment there. Brian McMillan is a brilliant dentist who goes out of his way to provide his patients with a positive experience on every visit. Brian combines a high level of professionalism with a most engaging manner which puts his patients at ease often in stressful situations. The reception team at the practice are friendly and easy to deal with and they do their very best to arrange suitable appointments for me with Brian often at short notice if I have an urgent dental issue. Well done and thanks to all of the team at St. Leonards dental practice. Neil Haddow

I’ve been a patient for many years & such a lovely team. Shannon is an amazing hygienist & a perfectionist. Would recommend the airflow treatment. Teeth are so clean & white afterwards. Lorna is a brilliant dentist. Always thorough, professional & makes you feel at ease.

St Leonard's dentist is a very relaxing environment, I am a very nervous patient but staff make you feel relaxed and are very understanding, talking me through everything clearly, always asking if I'm ok ,which is very reassuring. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially nervous patients like me

Fantastic service again. Lost a crown yesterday, phoned first thing this morning and was fitted in within 15 minutes by the reception staff who were very professional. My dentist was off today but seen by a very courteous young man who dealt with me very quickly. Delighted I now have my crown securely fixed. Highly recommend this dental practice. Thanks again.

Had an appointment today at 9.30 , (10/05/2022) turned up to be told the dentist isn’t in till this afternoon so I was given the choice of waiting for an emergency appointment or one at 14.30 later that day , I waited and was given the emergency appointment, my treatment consisted of a temporary filling which took 2 minutes then when I went to make a further appointment I was told next appointment is August 16th more than three months away, I have a temp filling that could last a week or a few months so I left and have now changed dentists and got an appointment for next month. I have been with the practice for over 25 years and my dentist left the practice last week not sure why !

Phoned up to book an appointment the receptionist had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. Rude, unfriendly and short. I have now changed dentist to much more helpful and friendly practice.

Nice new building, adequate parking, and staff are professional. Jane is my dentist and I've been attending for a few years now. In this time I've had a couple of wisdom teeth removed. It was a quick, painless procedure each time. The hygienist was a different matter. However, I seen Yvonne for the first time this week. I will definitely be requesting her for future appointments. I feel she didn't use her craft as a means of torturing prisoners of war in a past life. Overall a pleasant experience.

Only been with this dentist just over a year as I'm not originally from east kilbride. I had an accident when I was 16 and badly chipped my 2 front teeth, my dentist at the time of the accident fixed my teeth and the repair had lasted 15 years, after moving to ek and registering with st leonards my front tooth chipped again and again and again, this will now be the fifth time they have tried to fix it in the space of a year, clearly my old dentist and my new one are on two completely different skill levels. Speaking of skills lets move on to the receptionists, the 2nd time my repair fell out I called in as an emergency as I had a wedding the following day, thankfully they made me an appointment for that afternoon, I showed up at my appointment on time only to be told my appointment was with the hygienist and not the dentist (who makes an appointment for the hygienist when you have clearly stated one of your front teeth is in half because the repair wasn't done properly??) After arguing with them I eventually got to see the dentist she fixed the original botched repair (which only lasted 2 days) and then had the cheek to charge me for it. My front tooth repair had again came off yesterday, I call in first thing yesterday morning to be told there's no spaces call back later on in the afternoon to check cancellations for tomorrow, after calling later I was told nothing available call tomorrow morning at half 9 on the dot to get a cancellation, I call precisely on half 9 to be told we had cancellation appointments but their all gone you would of had to call at half 8 9 at the latest. Everything this dentist does is botched from appointments to the work to the receptionists I would stay well clear and choose someone else if you have a choice.

I didn't sleep last night, dreading my dentist's appointment. I need not have worried. A big "Thank you" to Karen MacDonald and Hannah for a very pleasant experience. I was quickly attended to - firstly by the friendly receptionist's- and then by Karen and Hannah. I can honestly say that it was the most stress free visit to a dental practice I have ever had. I can't recommend this practice enough.
