   I have been a patient at Spring Grove Clinic, for the past 25 years. As someone who is terrified of Dentists, David made me feel so safe and secure, with his kind professional manner. Always there for all my dental emergencies....and there have been a few! If your looking for great, professional and friendly people, look no further. It's like a wee family, from the moment you step in the door, all of the staff make you feel so welcome.

   Spring grove clinic is a friendly, professional environment which I highly recommended. All of the staff are genuinely caring people who want to deliver a first class service to all of their patients and they do this with ease. David carried out my implant treatment and I’m delighted with the results. David is a fabulous dentist who always has the patients best interests at heart. I also had some crown work and veneers carried out previously and this was done so considerately and professionally. I’m a particularly nervous patient and the dentists, along with the dental nurses are always on hand to put you at ease and offer encouragement and care during every visit. A visit to the hygienist is an enjoyable experience also as Kelly is so gentle (and smiley). Everyone at spring grove clinic offer first class customer care.I would recommend Spring Grove clinic to anyone who is looking for a first class dental service that make functionality and customer satisfaction a priority coupled with an aesthetically pleasing outcome - can’t recommended them enough.

   After I recently joined the practice. I have been blown away by both the excellent customer service especially Katie & Katryn at the front desk and the overall service from both the Muirhead and the Baillieston practice. I came to the practice with an absess that was dealt with swiftly by Mylo. Mylo has an excellent warm and relaxing manner about him which put me at ease immediately. Ross performed a root canal on me which I was slightly concerned about because it had some complications. However Ross at the Ballieston practice was superb. It was completely pain free!! He was also very welcoming. All staff are very professional and welcoming. Emma, Jodie, Katryn and ofcourse Mylo. Anyone looking for a new dentist I highly recommend either practice. They talk you through everything and are always happy to help.

   I have been a patient of this clinic for a few months now and I am delighted with the service I have received. All of the staff are very welcoming, and put myself and my son at ease from the moment we walk in. I am most appreciative of the dental treatment from Dr Kevin Shannon as I have recently had a sure smile brace fitted, it has given my self confidence a real boost as my teeth are now perfectly straight. Each stage of the process has been straight forward and well explained, so would like to say thank you and look forward to returning for my check-ups in the future.

   Having had a number of aging ( 30 year plus ) big fillings in my teeth I had an assessment at Spring Grove. Not surprisingly, many of them were beginning to fail and would only have caused problems going forward. Being seen by Kevin, we planned a number of same day Cerecs to replace the fillings. Finally finished my plan and what a massive difference to the health of my mouth. Kevin was brilliant through it all, puts you at ease while doing excellent dental work. I'd normally toast something with a dram to celebrate, but tonight I think I'll go find a big bag of pistachio nuts to work my way through.

   David and his practice were recommended to me by another dentist for implant surgery. I was so impressed with the result that I then went on to have more improvements made to my smile and I’m absolutely delighted with the final outcome. David made me feel comfortable and sure that I was in safe hands at all times. The team around him are absolutely fantastic too and I can genuinely recommend them for anyone who is even a little bit anxious about going to the dentist. The treatment I’ve had has been life changing for me and I couldn’t be any happier with the results.
