My whole family are registered with this practice and have always received great treatment here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even after moving to another area we prefer to keep this dental practice. Check ups and emergency appointments are no problem- we receive reminder texts before the appointments and they can always fit us in if there is a problem. Thanks to all of the staff for the work they do for us.
Don't subject yourself to the grief. Dentists are good, but enduring their ridiculous SMS/text appointment system and the Practice-manager's (lack of) logic, ability to apply any fairness, will leave you beyond frustrated. Any complaint made, will not follow their own laid down written complaints policy, you will be ignored or receive a nonsensical explanation at best. Avoid.
do not go near this place .they are very unprofessional. its never the same dentist you see. and they don't have a clue what they are doing
