For someone who struggles going to the dentist even for a check up, they made me feel so incredibly safe and comfortable enough that for the first time in 23 years I got teeth removed and it went so smoothly! I can’t thank them enough especially dr Nguyen, thank you ❤️
I have had fixed braces top and bottom and my treatment was excellent from start to finish. My orthodontist asked me what I wanted and listened to me. My treatment was then tailored to my requests. I am very happy with end results. All the staff are very friendly and appointments were always given at a time that suited me. Very competitive price! I Highly recommend!
Not good. The lounge chairs in the waiting room are as filthy as they can get. The upholstery on the sitting chairs look as if they are full of poo, and most probably they are. And then, the "hygienist" kind of deliberately avoided the area which supposed to be focused at, just to come back again, and just to charge again, and again for treatments which were covered by the NHS, So, don`t be surprised if this place is going to still make you pay despite they register you as an NHS patient, which then prevents you to receive urgent treatment from the Dental Hospital, and to get registered by another dentist is months of waiting with the pain in your mouth. But, they won`t care about all of this - as long you are paying.
The Doctor was Very professional and explained everything so I could understand. Was also quite humorous which I liked. The rest of the staff were also brilliant and very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.
Been going to graham for Botox since 2017 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Results are nothing less than perfect every time! I have never had one issue. Highly recommend
