I'm highly doubtful this company is still trading based on recent reviews as well as my experience. Ordered a top nearly 8 weeks ago; chased on email, no reply. Tried their phone number; doesn't work. Have had to go via the bank to recoup the funds.
AVOID this company - order placed over 4 weeks ago and no response to my emails or when filling in the contact form on their website. ordered my son’s club top from here. Called the number and told I’ve dialled an incorrect number. Now requested a cancellation of my order and still haven’t heard back from them I’ll give it until Monday before I contact my credit card company to recover the money This company seems to be a scam
Woeful. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Our sons football club used this company this year for the first time to supply their kit. . We are 4 games into the season and are still waiting, the club are pulling their hair out. We also ordered £200 worth of training kit for both boys on 10th August. Still waiting, I have emailed numerous times including the managing director, no response to the last 3, phone number is out of service, I will be doing a bank recharge tomorrow morning and reporting to trading standards, how anyone can run a business like this is beyond me. The company were all bells and whistles showing off the kit at the clubs summer awards day, clearly over promising and can’t even say under delivering and they haven’t delivered at all! Look at their trust pilot reviews it’s a theme since 2023!!!
Ordered a club cap on 23rd April and still not received it over 2 months later. They won’t reply to any emails to their support email. I requested a cancellation via their website and no response to that either. Other club members are in the same position. Written this review as a last resort to try and get in touch with them. They will tell you they keep thousands of items in stock when you sign up with them but unfortunately it doesn’t reflect the experience delivered. If you are looking for team wear go elsewhere.
Unacceptable service – still waiting for correct kit after nearly 4 months! We ordered football kits from this company on 3rd January with a promised turnaround time of three weeks. The kits didn’t arrive until 26th February – a total of 54 days from the date of purchase. When the kits finally did arrive, there were multiple issues: • The badge embroidery was incorrect • Some shirt numbers were wrong • We were sent the wrong colour socks As of 25th April, it has now been 113 days since the original order, and we still haven’t received the correct socks. Despite repeated assurances — almost weekly — that they are being sent out, nothing has arrived. This is not an error on our part. This is entirely down to the supplier’s poor communication, delays, and failure to fulfil their obligations. I’ve been patient and have given them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but this has dragged on far too long. This level of service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise that no team or organisation use this company.
Still waiting for my 4-months old order to be delivered, and still waiting for my enquiry emails to be answered. I wish my hockey club never chose MSG as their kit supplier.

I ordered a ball on 12/08/2021 it is currently 09/09/2021, but I never had a response ABOUT MY package OR THE DEVILRY TIME . I sent a lot of message on Instagram and mail I had no answer this is not a professional job
