   My children's dentist is a great doctor with lots of patience and dignity. However, the reception staff is hard to communicate with and shows no respect at all. I made a call to make an appointment for my two boys, and it was almost a week, which I believe is hard to wait with pain in the gums. The receptionist said that she cannot make an appointment with anyone else as our dentist in this clinic works only two days. I asked why that is, and she replied that it is their policy. I asked several questions as a parent with many concerns, and she laughed at me. This is the first time in my life someone has laughed at me just because I was worried about my children's dental care. Also, she refused to transfer the phone call to the manager as he was on holiday, and there was no one else taking responsibility during this time. In general, this was disappointing. It's such a shame as receptionists are the first people patients have contact with, and this makes the whole clinic look bad. Customer service training is desperately needed, Yolanda(if this is the correct pronunciation and real name). Update *** Today, I received a call from the manager of the dental clinic who wanted to discuss my review because I had mentioned the name of a staff membe( according to Google policy,first name can be mentioned in the reviews, not a full name)I believe that was the main reason for the call. I got an apology, but I kept asking why I couldn't mention the name and didn't get a clear answer. After a few minutes, the manager insisted that I simply can't mention the name anywhere. They added, I don't know; maybe it's different where you're from.It feels like racism is still an issue. Yes, I'm not British, but patients and their families should never be treated this way, no matter where they are in the world.

   This has been both my children's dentist since they were born. Today I phoned up to make an appointment for Allison the dentist that my son is comfortable with to be told she isn't taking on anyone. I explained myself to the polish lady on the phone and she was having none of it as the "DENTIST both my children are under has left. So I have registered my children with another dentist that will have both my children's best interests at heart. Defo not the same practice anymore!!!

   Craig is a great dentist, I have a fear of the dentist he’s been patient and always makes me feel at ease, all the other staff seem good to, but the manager isn’t good for the practise! Her attitude is terrible, phoned for an emergency appointment and I got asked all sorts, even if I flossed?! All to get an appointment! Only down side to the practice you is getting rude manner

   Was referred from my own dentist for sedation. Craig my dentist was fantastic as were every other member of the team. Have had sedation before but this time I dont recall a thing ... fantastic. My friend also made a comment about how friendly and welcoming they are from the moment anyone steps thro the door. Keep up the good works guys and thanx again.

   I'm a nervous wreck when I attend the dentist so much so my top set off teeth were a right state my dentist reffered me to commonwealth dentist for sedation so glad they did From receptionists to kirsty and her team a massive thank you kirsty even played my favourite band while she removed what was left of my teeth did not feel a single thing x. Would highly recommend these girls. And a massive thank you to u. . I will soon have my smile back.

   This place is great Craig been my dentist for over 20yrs if scared like me still I get jag back of hand and I am awake but feel nothing. Great friendly staff
