I Had to pick up my parcel from this store and was greeted with very rude counter staff who had attitude with me because he was stressed that he couldn’t find my parcel straight away. I did stick up for myself and gave him attitude back. I don’t think retail is for the guy in question. Maybe update your inpost delivery situation and you won’t get stressed looking for parcels my friend.
